Overall Program Success

Satisfaction surveys will be distributed in the neighborhood prior to the Grant Recipient Annual Progress Report (GRAPR). The results of this survey will determine the goals for the following six months.

The survey will consist of 15 questions with responses ranging from very helpful, helpful, somewhat helpful, not helpful to does not apply. An additional five questions will gather demographic statistics.

Expected outcomes will be that at least 80% of our neighbors who are surveyed will respond by stating that The Potter's Wheel has been “very helpful” and that 95% feel that our programs have been “very helpful or helpful” in being responsive to the needs of the neighborhood.
