Overall Program Success
Success is measured by satisfaction surveys distributed in the neighborhood annually. The results of this survey will determine goals for the following six months.
The survey consists of 15 questions with responses ranging from very helpful, helpful, somewhat helpful, not helpful to does not apply. An additional five questions gather demographic statistics.
Expected outcomes are that at least 80% of our neighbors who are surveyed will respond by stating that The Potter's Wheel has been “very helpful” and that 95% feel that our programs have been “very helpful” or “helpful” in being responsive to the needs of the neighborhood.
